Side Guide Roller
The Side Guide Roller eliminates the belt cutting into your conveyor framework and assists in training the belt to track correctly.
Inverted V-Return Idler
Used to track the belt on the return side of the conveyor.
Inverted V-Return (IVR) idlers are used to positively track the belt on the return side of the conveyor. The PPI IVR is adjustable to increase the displacement and the resulting tracking force on the belt.
V-Return Idler
V-Return Idlers are built with a 10° two roll trough configuration that allows gravity to naturally keep the belt centered.
PPI’s V-Return Idlers are built with a 10° two roll trough configuration that allows gravity to naturally keep the belt centered. The shorter two roll design enables the user to implement much lighter rolls than the traditional single roll configurations.
